Inner surface treatment:
cold-rolled plates up to 4mm-thickness,
2B surface treatment, welds grinded to Ra 0,8 µm.
External surface treatment:
cold-rolled plates grinded to SB.
Insulation:
Polyurethane - thickness 150 mm, density 1,09 g/cm³: both cylinder and conical bottom
External-Jacket:
Stainless steel plate - thickness 1,5 mm, both cylinder and conical bottom
Stainless steel, vertical, double-walled, flat head and slightly coned bottom, polyurethane insulated tank, designed as ice water tank for wort cooling. Cylindrical tank part is outfitted with glycol cooling jacket controlled by temperature sensor and solenoid valve installed in the tank side. Water is cooled down to 2°C.
Level gauge serves for visual control of water level in tank. Water inlet is controlled by solenoid valve through float switch sensor. Overflow tube serves also as air outlet. Round, 400 mm man way door and sanitary spray ball form the top of tank.
