Brewer`s Platform with stairway

Brewhouse vessels are connected by brewer`s platform into one firm block.
Platform together with stainless-steel stairway enables acces for personnel to Central control panel, wash-basin and brewhouse-vessels` top-manways.
Manufatured from stainless-steel class-AISI 304 with anti-skid surface.

Piping

Water & Wort:

• polished stainless-steel pipes, class AISI 304, hoses type DRINTEC T 451 LE - DN 40

Steam:

• polished stainless-steel pipes of AISI 304-class, rockwool-insulated with Al-coating

Chilling Unit:

• polished stainless-steel pipes, insulated by ARMAFLEX,
• hoses - type PETROTEC T 650 AA

Valves & Piping sets for:

• CIP-stations
• steam-system
• hot-water system
• cold-water system
• mashing

All piping is in stainless-steel. Outflow piping is fitted with a glass for wort clarity checking.

Pumps:

• mash pump, wort pump, outflow pump, hot-water pump, cold-water pump, CIP-pump

(if the brewery system includes also Wort-collecting Tank, one more pump is then supplied for transfer of maltose-wort to Brew-Kettle)
