1) Cooling medium - R717 (Ammonia)
Chilling station is based on one-stage compressor-circuit applying piston-type compressors.
Consists of 2 sections:
1st section performs chilling of water in Cold water tank.
2nd section performs chilling of Fermenters, Serving tanks and Yeast tanks
Working temperature range: –4/+35ºC
2) Cooling medium – R404 A Ethylene-Glycol
Glycol chilling station consists of:
- glycol-reservoir (double-jacket stainless-steel insulated vessel)
- stainless-steel frame
- air chiller condensation units
- heat exchanger
- evaporator
- glycol-pumps
- valves
- electrical switch-box (connected to central control panel or to computer)
Working temperature range: -4/+35°C
