Hot Water Tank
Cylindrical, vertical, double-jacket, insulated stainless-steel vessel with dished-top designed for hot water supply during brewing process.

Material:
stainless steel AISI 304
thickness: cylinder 2,5mm, bottom 3mm
Inner surface treatment:
cold-rolled plates 4mm-thickness, 2B surface treatment, welds grinded to Ra 0,8µm.
External surface treatment:
cold-rolled plates grinded to SB.
Insulation:
Polyurethane - thickness 150 mm, density 1,09 g/cm³: both cylinder and conical bottom
External-Jacket:
Stainless steel plate - thickness 1,5 mm, both cylinder and conical bottom
Hot water is received by 2 ways:
- heating by steam-interchanger CB 26-12 L
- 83°C hot water outgoing from heat-exchanger in the process of wort-cooling
Temperature of water inside the vessel is measured by thermo-sensor placed on side-wall in stainless-steel corpus.
The tank is equipped with external glass level-gauge for visual control of water level.
Maximum quantity of water in hte vessel is controled by float switch sensor.
Dished-top is equipped with round 500mm man-way and sprayball for sanitation purposes.
