Wort - Collecting Tank
In case when 4 and more brews per day are performed, app. 1 hour of time per brewing-cycle can be saved by collecting and short storage of lautered-wort in Wort-collector prior to its boiling in Brew-Kettle.Description:
Cylindrical, vertical, double-jacket, insulated (or non-insulated) stainless-steel vessel with dished-top.
Material:
stainless steel AISI 304
thickness: cylinder 2,0 mm, bottom 2,5 mm
Inner surface treatment:
cold-rolled plates, 2B surface treatment, welds grinded to Ra 0,8µm.
External surface treatment:
cold-rolled plates grinded to SB.
Insulation:
Polyurethane - thickness 50mm, density 1,09g/cm³: both cylinder and conical bottom
External-Jacket:
Stainless steel plate - thickness 1,5mm, both cylinder and conical bottom
The bottom is slightly conical 15° falling to the central outlet DN 65.
Dished-top is equipped with round 500mm man-way, air-outlet device and rotary jet-sprayball for sanitation purposes.
Wort-collector is usually delivered together with wort-pump for transferring of maltose-wort to Brew-Kettle.
