Microbreweries 10 - 35 hl/brew with 2-vessel brewhouse


Complete brewery-system for microbreweries with capacity planned to reach from 2.000hl up to 25.000 hl of beer per year
2-vessel brewhouses ranging from 10 up to 35 hl/brew enable both infusion mashing, and decoction mashing, 2 brews per day recommended standartly, up to 3 brews/ daily capable on infusion mashing
10hl | 12hl | 17,5hl | 24hl & 35hl brewhouse sizes are produced standartly, but also custom-made specially composed brewhouses are manufactured on customer's request (also with 3-vessels if requested)
Our brewing equipment enables production of all styles of beer: from infusion-ales to complex-decoction-lagers
All brewing operations as well as fermenting & conditioning process can be controlled manually, via central-control panel (semi-automatic-control) or can be fully automatic (computer) controlled depending on customer's requirements

Brewhouse (2-vessel) Basic Components:
a) combi-tank (Lauter Tun-top unit / Hot LiquorVessel-bottom unit)
b) mash-kettle-whirlpool tank (Mashing | Wort-Boiling | Whirlpooling)

Fermenting, Brite-Beer & Auxilliary Components:

    Vessel's volumes = usable volumes
    In case of Ceiling limits Fermenters can be adapted (bigger diameter, side placed man-holes).
    Custom-designed brewhouse sizes (12hl | 15hl | 20hl etc) can also be supplied.
    Type and number of fermenters depend on customer`s wishes.
